So sorry for the confusion. The image is showing both sides of the sponge as each side performs a different function. Here is the on page description:
The Nittaku Clean Sponge 2 is a gray and blue lint-free sponge designed for use with rubber cleaners. There is one sponge.
Spray on any rubber cleaner, then wipe off with the sponge.
One sponge, comes with a plastic pouch.
