Hello,
Control is a much harder quality to characterize than speed. Speed of a blade is more reliable that the control, because there are different ways of controlling the ball. Usually, higher speed will indicate less control, but this isn't always the case, especially when using active control. Active COntrol means using topspin to control the ball, which is often considered an offensive shot.
