The Tibhar Shanghai Backpack doesn't have any extra ventilation for shoes.
However, the Tibhar Shanghai Bag does. Here is an image of the end pocket to show that there are two small circular (dime sized) vents for airflow plus a separate and spacious wet shirt pocket than can be accessed through the main pocket.
